My father started the business in 1951. I decided as a small child that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and began working after school and on weekends with him. I became a fulltime employee in 1978 and now have over 33 years of experience
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At Miller Optical we are "optician" not just sellers of eyewear. We are able to diagnose problems and repair eyeweat that many other establisments simply can't do. We sell quality products and know how to help people make the best choices for their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currenly located at 845 Columbia Ave. in Lancaster. That is our main office where our laboratory and Eye Doctor are located and we have a satalite office in Willow Street in the Willow Lakes Health Center.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Glenn Miller is the owner/operator.
