How long have you been in business?
We have been supporting clients IT needs since 1984.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide servers and worksations, fire walls, and any IT related products. Our goal is to be our clients invisible IT department with our state of the art software providing monitoring, anti-virus software and system images 24/7.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
With prior experience in selling main frames, as personal computers emerged it was a natural transition. We began sourcing, selling, and supporting personal computers since their inception. With degrees in accounting, the owners began offering and supporting mid-raange accounting software which has continued to this day.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We CARE. The owners have instilled a committment to creating a rare experience for every client supported. The goal is to eliminate worry, be involved before and after a service event or request, pay attention to details, involve any or all team members to resolve issues on time and on budget, and look for additional ways to assist the client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location for 28 years.

We are located conveniently off both 283 and 30. From Lancaster take 283 west to the east petersburg exit. Left on State Road, first right on Yellow Goose Road, right on Harrisburg Pike which is the Main Street of Landisville. West on Harrisburg Pike for 4 miles. From Lancaster traveling west on 30 or York traveling east, exit at Centerville Road. From Lancaster, go right on Centerville Road, from York go left on Centerville Road. Continue on Centerville Road to Harrisburg Pike. Left on Harrisburg Pike continuing for 4.5 miles. On the left before JC Snavely's Lumber.
