fresh bakery products, we are a retail bakery
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owner, Dean Byers was raised in a bakery family and now is being passed down to the third generation
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We as a retail bakery actually produce from our own recipes our products and sell the product. So we start with flour and sugar etc. and finish the product and then sell the product. Today that is usually two kinds of businesses. A whole and a retail business. We do not put pastries or cakes in a case and sell them we actually make them and then sell them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a retail store that is opened every day except Sunday and we are in three farmers markets. No plans within this year to expand however we are remodeling one of our farmers markets.
