How long have you been in business?
Since 1986, over 30 years now, trained since 1985.
What is your primary product or service?
Custom Residential & Commercial Architectural Art Glass. Includes: leaded, stained, painted/fired, etched/stage carved/deep etched, custom & stock beveled, custom glue chipped glass. Windows, doors, transoms, sidelights, cabinets, ceilings, laylights, domes, hangings, lamps. Design, fabrication, installation, removal, restoration, conservation, replication.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started by taking a local stained glass class and have continued to train with masters all over the country. I have career backgrounds in art, graphic arts, photography, computers/networking, sales & management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take a proactive and personalized approach to nurturing our business. Rather than a storefront shop environment, we are a private commissioned studio.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with no plans to increase that at anytime soon.

We are in the heart of Amish Country in Lancaster County, PA, USA.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, certified checks and cash are the only accepted forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
Geographically, cover the entire eastern seaboard, with a concentration in the Mid-Atlantic states.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
M-F 8-6, Sat 8-12. Meetings are by appointment only.
