How long have you been in business?
I have been practicing law since 1991.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer mediation services for consumers and business owners helping them resolve their credit issues.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out as a collection attorney, but have focused my practice on helping people resolve their issues in a stress free, peaceful resolution.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't offer the traditional defensive tactics. I offer a low cost resolution based approach.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am a boutique company handling cases throught out the entire state of Ohio.
What type of payments do you accept?
Flat fee service offering credit/debit cards, money orders and checks.
